Hi, I am Bas, the videographer at Studio Halflight.
During my studies at the Netherlands Film Academy, I learned to tell stories through image and sound.
Since then, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from arthouse shorts to feature films and Netflix series.
I now bring these experiences into my work as a wedding videographer.
This makes my approach quite unique: I aim to capture your day as a true documentary film, rather than just creating beautiful slow-motion shots set to emotional music (though there’s definitely room for that too).
My style is raw, authentic, and personal, and it allows you to truly relive those special moments and step back in time.
